Vision:

To minister holistically to those marginalized by society in Kompong Cham City by raising up and equipping local church leaders and laity to model the love and restoration of Jesus Christ through word and deed.

After five years of leadership under Americans, in October, 2006 Sunrise transitioned to a fully Cambodian national staff.

Some Cambodian Christians are answering the call to provide material and spiritual help to the sick and destitute.

Babies born from HIV+ mothers have an increased chance of not contacting AIDS through a medication given right after birth and by providing formula to substitute for breast feeding.
